Counselling

We all need support at times in our lives, whether we are dealing with the everyday challenges of life, a personal crisis, traumatic experiences, relationship issues, grief, addictions or for deepening self-inquiry.
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental and safe space in which we can work together to explore those issues you are facing in your life. Get in touch to talk about how I can help you move forward.

Is counselling for you?

Every person comes to therapy with their own unique life experience, and the therapeutic approaches used are creative and flexible to support you in achieving your desired outcomes.

In therapy, one of the aims is to consider and explore different aspects of life, including how our past informs the present as well as the different relationships we form in life. This can help to create some clarity and awareness of your life experience and have a positive effect on all areas of your life by offering the possibility of change and inner balance.

I work with individuals and offer both short and longer term support, depending on your preferences and needs.
